JAMB releases result of 895,000 candidates

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB has released the result of eight hundred and ninety five thousand candidates on the ongoing computer based test.

The JAMB Registrar, Professor Dibu Ojerinde, made this known while conducting the Minister of State for Education, Professor Viola Onwuliri, round some examination centres in Abuja.

Prof. Ojerinde said JAMB had addressed initial complains by candidates through the provision of more computers and improve the network at examination centres.

Professor Onwuliri expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the examination and promised that government would build more centres to increase access and reduce stress experienced by candidates in subsequent examinations.

Professor Onwuliri also expressed government’s commitment to the improvement of the quality of education in the country through the adoption of modern innovations.
