A suspected human part's merchant, by the name, Olurunto Dipe -35-, has been arrested by operatives of the Lagos state Special Ant- Robbery Squad (SARS)

The suspect confessed that he bought it for N12,500 from Cotonou,Benin Republic and intended to sell it to the a man, who would use it to cure him of his leprosy.

The source said that Dipe was arrested by a SARS decoy team led by Abba Kyari, a Superintendent of police (SP) at Ajbawo in Atan-Ota Ogun State.

Olorunto said: "It was one Asiwaju at Ado Odo-Ota in Ogun State, who asked me to bring a human head. He said he would use it to cure me of leprosy. I went to Cotonou and bought it for N12,500 with intention of selling it for N20,000 to him. I was arrested with the head as I wanted to go and deliver it."

However, Asiwaju was consequently arrested and granted bail when he denied ever knowing Olorunto.

But as for Olurunto, he kept lamenting that Asiwaju denied him. He was pleading with the police to let him go with a promise that he will not do it again, but the confusing part is that the suspect's statements seemed not to be conclusive as he often exhibit some traits of madness.
