Court Orders DSS To Move Nnamdi Kanu To Kuje Prison

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and founder of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has been sent to Kuje Prison. Justice John Itsoho of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday 20th of January 2016, ordered the DSS to move Nnamdi Kanu to the kuje prison facility. This will enable him have access to his family and lawyer also if there be need for medical attention.

Nnamdi Kanu was arrested last year October 18, 2015 on six-count charges of treasonable felony, maintaining an unlawful society and illegal possession of items, among others.
