A Federal High Court in Lagos has freed five workers of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who were detained by the State Security Services, SSS, last week.
Justice Mohammed Yunusa also issued an order restraining the SSS from further arresting the workers pending the determination of the substantive suit.
The Court on Friday however adjourned the matter till Monday after SSS claimed ignorance of the court’s earlier directive that the workers be taken to Court Friday.

Do you think SSS would comply when their despotic leader has not given his consent. Could recollect the seizure of Emir Sanusi International passport which the court ordered SSS to release to him but the agency of intimidation refused until the Grant Commander of Fraudster Relief In Nigeria ordered them to give him just few weeks ago and SSS go and battle with Boko Haram leave ordinary peoples. The war with Boko Haram needs SSS also.
