Who was the Architect?

The 68-story building was designed by Der Scutt, a US modernist architect, who died in 2010.  His specialty was replacing old, leaky buildings with modern, energy-efficient exteriors. While Mr. Scutt worked on many buildings in his lifetime, he is most famous for Trump Tower.
