While we are on the subject of fitness and exercise bikes – I know this one will cause (almost) everyone to recognize themselves and their homes. Like one commenter said: “OMG it’s a photo of my house!”. Yep, It’s a photo of all of our houses. I’ve never heard of a home exercise bike that didn’t turn, at some point, into a coat rack.
Most of us don’t have a lot of self-discipline. Did you know that half of all people who start a new exercise program ditch it within the first year? We know that the idea that you don’t have to leave the house to exercise sounds tempting. But maybe an exercise bike isn’t for you. After all, it does get boring pretty quickly. Find a workout routine that works for you. One that you enjoy and can stick to.
