There are a lot of things you should and shouldn’t do while you are pregnant. Like how you shouldn’t carry anything heavy, consume alcohol, or eat junk food, or how you should exercise to maintain a healthy body and mind. Even ridiculous superstitions without supporting scientific research are occasionally practiced.
Some people, not doctors and obstetricians, would have a lot of pregnancy comments and beliefs that are not even true at all. This even causes first-time moms to overthink and panic for their safety and their baby. This just goes to remind us that your friends and co-workers aren’t doctors, so it would be better to consult the professionals.
