19. Luke Donald: $40 million
British golfer Luke Donald, previously number one in the world, has an estimated net worth of $40 million. In 2011, he was named Player of the Year and held the rank of number one on the Official World Golf Ranking list for 40 weeks straight that same year.
Donald’s streak as number one ended when Rory McIlroy claimed the title, but Donald quickly regained the title in March of 2012. He spent a cumulative 56 weeks at the top of the rankings, and in total, spent over 200 weeks in the top 10 of the same list.
