The Shaka Shaka Chicken in Japan
In many parts of Eastern Asia, their night markets are loaded with fried meats. That includes fried squid, fried pork belly, and fried chicken. If they can fry it, they’ll serve it in a paper wrapper, douse it in a salty seasoning, and serve it to you piping hot. The same goes for McDonald’s in Japan.
They have what’s known as the Shaka Shaka Chicken, a deep-fried chicken patty stuffed into a paper sleeve and served with a blend of spices. Is it good? Darn tootin’, it is! Plenty of people have reviewed the Shaka Shaka Chicken and claim that it’s, as the kids call it, da bomb.
