The Oreo Affogato in South Korea
If you love espresso mixed with chocolate, then you’ll love the Oreo Affogato. This South Korean McCafe item contains a shot of espresso, a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, and crushed Oreo cookies at the bottom. Even though we’re not huge coffee lovers, this dessert sounds pretty good.
Even though we don’t have this in the US, it’s not that difficult to make, assuming you have a $5,000 espresso machine at home. Just mix one part ice cream with half-part espresso and sprinkle as much crushed Oreos as you want. At least, that’s what the internet tells us, and it hasn’t failed us so far.
