#1: Chutes and Ladders
Honestly, it’s hard to tell whether this unorthodox design feature increases or decreases the value of the property. Ordinarily, I would imagine most tenants wouldn’t be interested in a giant slide on the side of their residence, but seeing as this property is a college house, its occupants might have other ideas.
