The RCMP is the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or mounties as we Yankees call them. If you don’t know, they’re just like regular police, but they ride atop horses to chase down felons. That’s a pretty scary thought in and of itself, but knowing that they’re armed with tasers makes them even more frightening.
This is a picture of a used taser dart. The OP claimed that the RCMP came around the neighborhood and took a neighbor away. They probably had to tase the guy into submission before riding off with the neighbor in tow. Do the RCMP take bad guys away in cars, or do they tie them to the rumps of their horses?
