Rain is a perfect way to ruin one’s plans. Thankfully, we have weather apps to notify us of the upcoming weather so we can prepare accordingly. When there’s a 50 percent chance of rain, you assume that there’s a half chance of rain occurring. When you see 30 percent, you’ve probably felt relieved thinking there’s a 70 percent chance of sunshine, right until now, you either were making your life difficult or were using an object without knowing its real purpose. Many people experience the aluminum foil roll falling out of the box, difficulty with opening medicine bottles, and many think the holes in pasta spoons are to drain them when tasting if the noodle is ready.
Wrong! The percentage of rain you see on the weather forecast indicates something completely different. @sydijkell explains in her TikTok video that if you see that there’s a 30 percent chance of rain, for example, it means that it will 100 percent rain, but only in 30 percent of your region. How helpful!
