A short trip

The pair made plans for their trip, and it was decided that 30 hours out at sea would be enough time to catch all of the fish they would need. Cordoba and Alvarenga had never worked together before,.and the craft they would spend the night in wasn’t flash.

It was 25 feet long, which would make it hard to see out on the ocean. A simple craft, there was no raised structure or running lights. The pair loaded it with a fiberglass icebox to put their fish in, 70 gallons of fuel, 23kg of sardines for bait, fishing equipment, a mobile phone, GPS, and 2-way radio.
