Dishonest Marketing
The image on the front of packaged goods is what really pushes us to trot that box of goods to the check-out line. The image and titles give us a peek at what to expect when we open that box once it’s purchased. But here we have a perfect example of dishonest marketing.
This poor sweet tooth was hoping to indulge in some candy topped brownies, just as the text and images of the product suggest. Sadly, although the brownie is indeed candy-topped, she never would have imagined that they meant a singular candy atop the brownie! That’s right, one lonely piece of candy.
