Ah, ye olde anger trick. Why admit you did something wrong and take accountability when you can just get angry and turn it around and blame the other person or people involved. This seems to be an unfortunate habit of people that can lead to gaslighting at its most extreme point.

Getting angry and defensive is never helpful, and it’s not a personal attack to tell someone they are wrong. C’mon guys, we’re better than this, you’re not weak just for being wrong. You grow stronger only by acknowledging it.
