There’s nothing like seeing the lone shopping carts scattered around the parking lot, getting in the way of cars and pedestrians. This sort of carelessness seems to be a common bad habit, a tragic reality for the poor folk who work in the grocery store and are sent to round them up and return them.

It’s inconsiderate to treat another person’s property this way, including that of a company. There is, of course, the bigger issue that some even straight up steal them, but that’s a more minority than anything. If you’ve unloaded your cart, it’s only a short walk to the nearest corral. Just drop it off.
