33. Just Drink Water
Soda is an abomination of a creation. It’s entire existence is really not a good invention overall, given it is nothing but detrimental to health, much like smoking cigarettes. Just cutting drinking soda from your diet is a great way to lose extra weight and just feel all around healthier–yes, even diet soda should go.

Diet soda may not have sugar or corn syrup in it, but the chemicals used to sweeten it are not any better in their long term effects, and the carbonation and other additives mean that if you drink soda when you’re thirsty, it will not only dehydrate you but make you feel worse.
