Starbucks, a popular coffee shop, is located in a building that has been completely destroyed and has a torn roof. This is not exactly where one would expect to find Starbucks. On the other hand, one might be in for a surprise if they walk through downtown Dubai and into the less exotic parts of the city. These areas are likely to be more Westernized.
It is difficult to say what led to this, but the Starbucks logo has appeared in a part of the city where one would least expect to find it. The statement was made by a traveler who claimed that this is not an isolated incident. Another hidden section of the city that can only be accessed by residents who live very far within the city.
