23 TV Shows That Should Have Called It Quits Way Sooner

Fans of Game of Thrones know that George R.R. Martin never even finished the book series it’s based on and were worried that the show would lose its point. Despite Martin wanting ten seasons, it received eight; frankly, the last season is a hot mess. It would’ve been difficult to wrap things up quickly or succinctly in fewer seasons, yet the show became a letdown for many people. All that said, I refuse to believe some of the plot holes and sudden character changes crammed into season eight. GoT fans deserved better.
