Even if you didn’t watch the original series, you remember ALF, right? His nickname stood for Alien Life Form and his misadventures on earth made him a highly popular character in more than one series. The fuzzy alien (whose real name was Gordon Shumway) may have gone off the air in 1990, but he has lived on since then. Reboots of his show have also been batted around for years, without any concrete evidence that a new ALF show is really coming to fruition.
