Remember when you could zap the TV channels and stumble across something shady or shocking? In the wildest days of television, networks occasionally aired content so controversial it vanished forever after airing once. If you missed it, tough luck. Some episodes disappeared due to unfortunate timing, others because they pushed the boundaries a little too far or were too progressive for the time.
