At Least He Tried
Just because the cast of Deadliest Catch are professional fishermen and crabbers doesn’t mean they don’t know their way around other sea creatures. For instance, there was a time on the show when Freddy Maugatai jumped into the frigid waters in order to remove the tusks from a dead walrus.
Why did he want them, you ask? Probably to keep as a trophy, or maybe he just wanted to have something to talk about when he made it ashore. Sadly, his endeavors failed, but hey, at least the cameras were around to see your attempt in action.
