#2: Viper (1994–1999)
Imagine Knight Rider redesigned by somebody who had just discovered 1990s computer graphics. Viper centered on a Dodge Viper that could transform into an armored crime-fighting vehicle called the Defender, complete with futuristic gadgets and enough attitude to make ordinary police cars look embarrassingly underdressed. The series bounced between networks and syndication but lasted longer than many remember. Today, its morphing-car effects scream mid-1990s television, which only makes the whole thing more charming.
