#13: Super Bowl I did not sell out
It’s not exactly surprising that Super Bowl I didn’t sell out. After all, people needed to be acquainted with the event in order for it to develop as much of a buzz as it generates today. There were about 30,000 empty seats in the stadium, something unthinkable to today’s fans (who would pay quite a lot to get their hands on a ticket).
