A Rude Prank
This story is a perfect example of “trick or treat” personified. This storyteller encountered a trickster neighbor while trick-or-treating one year. While looking through her swag bag of candy, she noticed that she got a fake Hershey’s Kiss candy. Instead of chocolate, a penny was wrapped inside the foil. What a weird prank to pull!

Whoever gave out that fake Hershey’s Kiss really took the concept of “trick or treat” to a new level. Rude. Wrapping multiple pennies in old Hershey’s Kiss wrappers would take way more time than going out to the store and buying a new bag to give out. We’re not sure what they were trying to accomplish with this one.
