Where Are the Kangaroos?
Australia is known for many things, but it gets commonly referred to as the home of the kangaroos. If you’re planning to visit the country, you might expect to see them everywhere, but that just isn’t reality. Kangaroos are wild animals and need their space away from civilization to roam free.
While visiting Sydney, Australia, one tourist expressed their disappointment not seeing kangaroos hopping around the city like squirrels. Not entirely sure if they thought kangaroos were neighboring residents participating in society or why they would assume they would just be hopping around the largest city in Australia.
