Miracle eye?
If you look at the back of a grandfather clock, you might find a switch with the text Miracle Eye written above it. The average person has no idea what this is. It might be some form of communication between watchmakers, letting them know that they’ve got their eye on us.

The truth is a lot duller. The Miracle Eye switch is a part of the clock’s light sensors. By turning this feature on, the clock will chime every hour in the presence of light. That way, your clock doesn’t blare the song of its people at nighttime. If you turn it off, the clock will remain mute.
