Electric toothbrushes are great. I was a bit skeptical before I started using one, but I can now say that it was a gamechanger for me. But the thing with an electric toothbrush is that you need to make sure to keep it clean and replace the head every three months or so.

Otherwise, this might happen. This person woke up one day to find a chia seed had sprouted inside their toothbrush. That’s pretty wild. We can’t help but wonder how long it’s been since they last cleaned this thing or replaced it. Probably too long.
