There is something so beautiful and enchanting about old architecture. Not only is it difficult to comprehend how people created such incredible buildings with far fewer resources than we have today, but the incredible attention to detail is jaw-dropping.

It feels like the tradesman who “completed” this job handed over his tools and said to the person who owns the building, “I’m finished here. Your turn to find the next guy.” Who knows? Perhaps there is a “next guy” who is meant to come and fix this, but we can’t really see how one would do that.
