Hygiene is very important; there’s no argument there. Over the past couple of months, we’ve all learned just how important personal hygiene is (although most of us already knew that). That’s why these signs reminding employees to wash their hands when leaving the restroom are critically important, and they’re not uncommon to find in restaurants and places that serve food.

However, while they should wash their hands before leaving, I’m not sure I understand the meaning of “wash your hands before living”—is this employer trying to tell his employees that washing their hands is more important than anything else in life? Perhaps they have a point.
