Even after his stroke, Curry remained connected to the part that started it all. In 2016, he participated in a TV remake, The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do the Time Warp Again. He didn’t reprise his role as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a physically demanding part he could no longer perform. Instead, he played the Criminologist, the deadpan narrator who guides the audience through the story, providing a powerful bridge between the original cult classic and a new version for a new generation.
