#8: Call Digital Animal Welfare
The ’90s brought us Tamagotchis, small toys that had a digital pet inside of them. Many kids would play and feed our pets, then forget about them. Then we decided to turn on the Tamagotchi, and the pet was dead! We felt like such monsters. No wonder our parents told us a pet was a big responsibility. We couldn’t even keep our pixelated pets alive! So we’d restart it and make sure that this time, we’d take care of our Tamagotchi. And then neglect it again.
