Yes! Please! I think this is honestly one of the worst parts of our current moment, at least as far as technological development is concerned. In so many industries, it is now almost impossible to speak to a real human representative—definitely not on the phone.

I don’t know if it’s because they’ve replaced human service with technology that isn’t yet good enough or if this is just how it’s going to be from now on. It’s not that I have a particular problem with speaking to robots; I think humans are usually better at understanding my problems and helping me fix my problems. Is that weird?
