#5: Faux Fast Food
It seems we can pretty much declare the death of fast food. It’s become so distorted in so many parameters that it’s unclear whether it even represents the same ethos that it once did. If it’s not cheap, tasty, or even fast, well, then we may as well be going to fine dining.

Seriously, if I’m not getting bang for my buck and I’m not getting in and out within my generous two-minute window, then I’d rather don a tuxedo and bowtie and find a place with napkin holders and silver cutlery. At least then, I could take some photos and put them on Instagram for some extra street cred.
