And we can’t argue with her. Well, it probably depends on where you’re visiting in America. We’ve definitely witnessed Americans not answering this greeting with a similar greeting. One thing we know for sure is that you’ll never hear an American respond with how they’re actually doing. Either Americans lack honesty or don’t want to hear everyone’s life story.
