#18: It’s a Classic
Not to put them on the same level here but I think the Star Wars principle holds up for Citizen Kane too. To a modern aesthetic of course these films seem outdated and primitive, but in 1941 Citizen Kane was groundbreaking. Just a quick disclaimer – I have not seen Citizen Kane.
