Sure, statistics can be pretty boring. No one particularly enjoys the statistics class they have to take in college. But you may have a newfound appreciation for this math if you consider all the hard work that has gone into discovering that the field of statistics even exists. Think of all the equations people had to solve by hand to prove the formulas that people today can calculate with a few clicks of a button. It really makes you realize how lazy we really are.
