It was an intrusive and intimidating process that left many feeling overwhelmed and violated. But it was necessary to ensure that the CIA only hired the best and brightest. It’s safe to say that the screening process has only gotten more intense since then. So if you’re thinking of joining the CIA, be prepared for the long and arduous journey that awaits you.
