#9: Game Boy
Much like kids take their smartphones to school these days, many kids in the 90s carried their Game Boy to school in their backpack. It was nice to have in case you wanted to sneak a quick game of Tetris or Pokémon during lunch, recess, or even during class under the table, if you were brave enough to test your teacher.
