We all need our sleep. It’s incredibly important for our overall health. Lack of it can cause some severe health issues and also cause immense pain and physical harm to the first person we see in the morning. You’ve told yourself many times before that you will finally start going to bed early and that Netflix is an evil thing designed to make you lose your sleep. This time you decided to do something about it. You’ve finally gone to bed earlier, expecting to get a full night’s sleep and be all nicely rested in the morning. You are imagining bird songs waking you up in the morning and your partner unharmed. A true fairytale. Sadly, that’s all it is.
