Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves make one of the sweetest, most beloved couples in the show business, although their love story started on the wrong foot. Alves isn’t an actress, but she is no stranger to the show business; she is a model and a fashion designer, and together with her mother, she started the Muxo fashion brand of handbags.
The couple’s first meeting was rather awkward for both sides, but we can imagine more so for the actor. The couple had met in a pub in Los Angeles, and when McConaughey approached Alves, she didn’t even recognize him. The Academy Award winner didn’t give up, though, and they ended up going on a date. The rest, as they say, is history.
