Unlike most celebrity couples who meet their partners on set, the first encounter of the actress and her husband was completely coincidental. The two happened to attend the same party, when Jim’s friend was trying to court with Witherspoon, a little too aggressively. Toth noticed that despite Reese subtle objections, his friend wouldn’t give up, and stepped to her rescue.
