A research group uses a set of antennas in the Alaskan mountain range to study the atmosphere. However, not everyone believes those scientists are using their technology for good. Instead, they believe that the antennas are nothing short of a mind-control device used to control the American populace.

If there were a mind-control device in the United States, Alaska would be a great place to put it, considering the low population density. But the evidence of this being the case is weak, and the theory does not offer any insights into how those scientists might be controlling our minds.
