That’s a good of way getting people to slow down – notifying everyone they’re going too fast! And it’s safe to assume that all Texans are always going too fast, right? Although that’s probably not the case at all.
Can you think of a place that would have a sign like this one? I imagine it’s not only in Texas, but it sure does characterize their quick temper.
