#3: Winston Churchill – Ancient Order of Druids
Great Britain’s famous wartime prime minister, Winston Churchill, had a penchant for unusual clubs. On August 15, 1908, Churchill stood inside Blenheim Palace to join the Ancient Order of Druids. He was 23 years old at the time and served as a Member of Parliament. The organization focused on fellowship and British heritage rather than actual magic. Though his active attendance dropped off as his political career grew, he kept his membership for the rest of his life.
