11. The Village of Indian Hill, Ohio
The suburb was found in 1904 with a totally new idea because it first inhabitants were farmers who were looking for a place to initiate an agricultural community. However, the initial idea turned to something else when people started visiting the Village of India Hill for a weekend getaway, particularly for people staying in the neighboring Cincinnati.
The suburb no longer resembles the initial idea of the agricultural community as the only agriculture taking place in the place is the landscaping of expansive properties. Currently, median home value in the place goes for more than $1 million. However, potential buyers have the opportunity to acquire a five-bedroom and eight-bathroom home with other facilities such as a pool for about $5 million.
