Oh, I like this a lot – some spiteful sentiments that lead to actual monetary loss on the side of the target. This person’s petty penchants aren’t merely some child’s play at all but rather a deep-seated need to get back at the privileged people taking advantage of those around them.

I mean, this person is basically a social justice warrior looking after the rights of the little guy (they just happen to be one of the little guys). The only thing they’re missing is a bright, flashy costume and cape and maybe a few special powers in order to make them a full-blown superhero.
