The words that a President chooses to say in their inaugural address can say a lot about the administration they wish to lead, even if they don’t end up delivering on those aspirations at all. Anyway, if I had listened to the 43rd U.S. President George W. Bush say these as he was sworn in, I would’ve been pretty impressed.
