May the force be with you
We’ve already established that Star Wars and sports is a good match (get is? match?), and this is yet another proof why the two worlds go so well together. When Yoda is watching you in the crowd, you can’t possibly disappoint him; no one wants to disappoint the great Yoda.
If you think about it, too many of the Star Wars infinite slogans can be applied to sports, it makes for an uncanny coincidence. For example, “may the force be with you” – the players need both physical and emotional strength to win the game, and so there’s really no better slogan for a sports match than this.
